- Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration throughout the production lifecycle.
- Manage pre-production planning, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, and securing locations, talent, and production assets.
- Lead on-set production, ensuring all creative executions align with brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and technical requirements.
- Handle post-production coordination, overseeing editing, retouching, CGI enhancements, versioning, and final delivery.
- Develop production workflows to streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and ensure seamless execution across all content types.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements for all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and compliance teams to integrate best practices and maintain creative excellence.
- Explore and implement GenAI tools where applicable to enhance production efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve creative output.
- Analyze production performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 4+ years of production experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or equivalent creative environment.
- Experience managing photo, video, CGI, and print production projects with a strong portfolio showcasing successful executions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of professional cinema cameras, lighting setups, and sound recording for video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and other post-production tools.
- Familiarity with social media content production, including live broadcasting and digital-first storytelling.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and content adaptation for multiple formats and channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Interest in GenAI-powered content creation and a willingness to explore AI-driven production enhancements.
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and maintain quality control in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring creative consistency and impact.
- Experience in project budget management and scheduling, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Knowledge of current trends in media, technology, and advertising, and how they can be leveraged in content production.
- Experience in resource and production service sourcing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and explain statistical data related to content performance.
- A passion for business strategy, with an entrepreneurial mindset to refine production processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to secure the best possible outcomes for both the agency and its clients.
- Effective communication skills, particularly in high-pressure, client-facing environments.
- A curious and proactive approach, always seeking innovative ways to enhance production workflows and creative execution.
