Job Overview
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. This role requires someone who is passionate about social media marketing and branding. This will role be responsible for coordinating and performing a variety of duties that support Raiz’s marketing efforts, including:
Executing and managing the credit union’s social media strategy while building brand equity via social and digital networks.Creating and managing social media calendar.Creating content for all social media channels.Engaging with digital communities to maintain brand reputation and create brand equity via all social media channels.Tracking all social media activity, engagement, and influence measurements. Presenting results and recommendations to management.Production of video, photography, and other digital assets to be used for social media content.Monitoring and responding to social media comments or messages following proper brand guidelines.

$18.62-$27.93
Skills And Experience
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.Minimum of 2 year of progressive experience in digital marketing positions.Creative digital marketing skills.Graphic design and video editing skills required.Knowledge of financial products preferred, but not required.Strong project management skills.Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.Able to deal and manage working relationships with vendors.Knowledge of working with business partners and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.Knowledge of social media marketing tools, practices, and strategies.Ability to create and present monthly reports.Strong computer and internet skills. Windows and MacOS knowledge needed.
Role Description And Essential Duties
Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient management and optimization of social media marketing while building and engaging online communities.Cultivate and manage online communities on behalf of the credit union using the chosen social media outlets.Responsible for making the social media channels informative, relevant, and current for members, employees and consumers to include updates on events, marketing efforts, media and new information.Requests and utilizes research data and demographic detail to determine the best channel and message delivery.Implement a clear and consistent message through all social media marketing channels. Provides content and delivery method support for marketing messaging using all delivery methods in social and other multi-media avenues.Monitor media channels on a daily basis or as needed for content issues.Plan, manage and launch social media marketing campaigns, promotions and contests as set forth in the Raiz social media and digital marketing plans.Develop and execute initiatives to drive member-generated content, increase community participation and add value to the online community experience.Establish and implement new strategies to increase branding goals including new follower growth, fan engagement, and product education.Measure and report the impact of social media marketing on the overall marketing efforts to the marketing team.Monitor all channels of social media to ensure that all credit union marketing content is consistent, positive and accurate.Provides copy for various projects as requested.Communicates with various departments to obtain accurate and updated information for display on the credit union's social media.Maintains business relationship with vendors for electronic marketing and communication tools.Assumes responsibility for attending credit union and community events to promote in social media marketing channels.Engaging and interacting with fans and followers at necessary community events to promote credit union.Recruit Social Media Ambassadors to help attend events and post their comments and pictures.Stays abreast of social media channels, models, and research in the marketing field.Assist marketing department in events and special functions as needed.A natural communicator who uses their skills to coordinate social media marketing projects and provide important updates on marketing initiatives.Complies with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) rules and regulations, in addition to Customer Identification Program (CIP). Attends required annual BSA training and required compliance training.Assist will all other duties as assigned or identified.
