The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league, featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. Role objectives
This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of internal communications, promotional schedules, and on-site concert logistics and production. One main priority will be to lead the internal communication of all music initiatives within LIV Golf. This position will also play a key part in the pre-production of concerts, including being the main liaison between production managers, talent agencies, and LIV Golf internal staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the core communication involving artist management, agents, production managers and other key stakeholders during the booking, promotion and event process.
- Develop and manage internal communications within LIV Golf key departments, including emails, artist marketing materials, announcements, visual/multimedia content, social media content, and press releases, with a heavy emphasis on employee communications.
- Create and distribute documents to ensure synergies between LIV Golf, production managers and event management companies.
- Oversee music promotional plans and provide creative ideas for artists and marketing campaigns.
- Manage event and production schedules and workflows with production manager(s) to ensure successful shows on site.
- Oversee and/or assist in meet and greets, non-tournament music projects, and other outside events involving LIV Golf music.
- Work closely with LIV Golf events, travel team(s) and production managers to align transportation, scheduling, band itineraries, rehearsals, sound checks, ensuring that all crew members and management teams are happy.
- Manage and maintain content, music and announcement calendar for communications campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.
- Stay up to date with industry and music trends and best practices in production and artist talent.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in music marketing, entertainment marketing, or brand strategy.
- Proven success in executing large-scale music campaigns in the music industry.
- Strong relationships with agencies, vendors, social platforms, and industry partners.
- Experience working with artist management teams and navigating artist/label dynamics.
- Understanding of audience development, digital advertising, creator marketing, and fan engagement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, crew, and venue personnel on large-scale events.
