Job Description
The Mobile Products Division of Golf Genius has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to join our team as the UX/UI Designer for the SwingU product. This role will focus on driving UX outcomes, design thinking, and delivery of key initiatives within the Product on the SwingU team.
The SwingU UX/UI Designer will own the end-to-end design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our mobile and web platforms. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining design standards, evolving our design system, and advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization. Collaborating closely with product management, development, and business leads, you will refine our user interface and visual design, ensuring that every interaction aligns with our brand vision and enhances usability.
Responsibilities and priorities include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and address designchallenges.
- Support user research, requirements gathering, and post-study analysis.
- Leverage strategic data and insights to create meaningful customer and memberexperiences.
- Work with business leads to develop marketing collateral, including app storeassets.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a deep understanding of design trends and best practices, particularly in golf
- Ability to communicate concepts clearly and compellingly to audiences of all levels
- Extensive experience in mobile app design, with a focus on driving revenue and engagement
- Expertise in business requirements gathering, end-to-end journey mapping, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping at various levels of fidelity
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Deep understanding of the human interface guidelines for iOS and Androidplatforms
- Previous work in mobile app UX/design for B2C applications
- Vast experience and strong comprehension in Figma
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Knowledge of golf is a big plus
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
