Job Responsibilities:

• Crafting media messages, press releases, and media campaigns
• Monitoring media and news
• Reporting news updates to the team
• Conducting journalist request searches
• Database searches and monitoring
• Performing any other duties assigned by your account strategist
• Potential to manage clients

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills
• Confidence in working directly with clients
• Ability to manage client expectations
• Teamwork skills
• Management skills for multiple duties/tasks
• Deadline and detail-oriented mindset
• Writing experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Political Science, Communications, or Public Relations (a plus)
• At least one year of experience as a journalist, writer, publicist, or editor (educational experience accepted)
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure
