needs.Maintain proper documentation of systems configurations, to include drawings and standard operating
procedures.Review reports and logs for problems and identify appropriate solutions to include developing work flow for lower tier support levelsProvide primary and backup support in maintenance of Video and UC hardware and softwareDemonstrated ability to prepare diagrams and documentation for multiple audiences including federal customer leadership, contractors, and business partners.Create project plans and presentations for executive level management, and technical working diagrams and checklists for operations staff. Develop technical and non-technical standard operating procedures.Submit Change Control Proposals (CCP) for the CAB (Change Approval Board).Develop and update technical documentation (network architecture text and diagrams, security plan controls annex and risk assessment, etc.) in support of certification and accreditation for the network.Assist and lead problem resolution activities, coordinating with vendors, tracking and escalating trouble tickets, identify and implement service restoration workarounds, perform root cause analysis, and interface with customers at all levels to report status and lessons learned.Must have a Video Teleconferencing Certifications to include programming certificationsMust have excellent problem-solving.IAT II 8570 certification (Security+ CE)Security Clearance Level TS\DOE QMust be willing to submit to random drug
screening.Travel 25 -50%EducationBachelor's
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.7-12 years of directly related experience in network analysis and design.Skills:Experience in Voice and Video Engineering, Infrastructure
including:Design, Maintenance, Support, Deployment, Implementation, Systems Engineering.Advanced knowledge in Cisco Unified Communications Systems,QoS Quality of ServiceCisco Unity ConnectionVCSStreaming VideoCisco Video devices including end points and Mutli-point Control Units (MCU)s and Cisco Expressway solutionsCrestron and Codex VTC unitsMicrosoft Teams and other Collaboration tools (Webex)A video teleconferencing certificationShould have a strong background with Cisco Meeting Server, VQ Conference Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and/or Microsoft TeamsMust have managed virtualized applications or have knowledge of how to manage virtualized
