The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for Technium. This person will manage all aspects of marketing, including branding, advertising, public relations, events, and content marketing. In addition, to ensure consistency and alignment with the internal organization, marketing will also engage with internal Technium functions, particularly for brand and for the Technium Just Cause.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to Technium using Technium's Core Values, Passion, Niche and Just Cause as a foundation.
- Collaborate with the sales department to develop successful messaging strategies and tactics that attract new customers and keep current customers.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Work collaboratively with Channel Sales to build partner relationships and help achieve business goals.
- Oversee development of marketing material and ensure that it is on brand, valuable and engaging across all channels.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Leverage resources offered by partners to increase lead generation.
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Ensure that the marketing department stays up to date on market trends and competitor's marketing movements.
- Manage budget and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Conduct research on industry events, develop a strategic annual plan in conjunction with the sales team to determine Technium's level of participation.
- Track and measure marketing results to ensure Return on Investment (ROI).
- Oversee promotional item inventory
- Read and follow all company policies and processes including but not limited to Company Handbook, WISP and SOC2 Compliance, and Core Company Processes
- Follow EOS and understand success relies on Right Person Right Seat (RPRS) and metrics
- Maintain confidential information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
