Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Marketing AssistantLocation Remote/Hybrid (7am - 4pm MDT - Denver Based Candidates only) Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This hybrid role supports Sales in both marketing department and the customer service dept. by assisting with marketing campaigns, proofreading, placing and tracking orders, researching information such as shipping reports or company details. Proofreading of print jobs, promos and campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Responsibilities Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and customer updates in CRM systems. Process orders in the CRM system. Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
Marketing Support Responsibilities Proofread marketing materials (e-blasts, campaign assets, catalog pages) for grammar, clarity, accuracy (SKUs/pricing), and brand consistency. Provide feedback on messaging and layout as a "second set of eyes" prior to release; flag issues and suggest improvements. Coordinate proofs between Marketing and the Art Department; track versions/approvals and ensure final files match corporate campaign updates. Track and meet deadlines for corporate campaigns and franchisee marketing updates; maintain a simple checklist/calendar of deliverables. Pull and format CRM reports Maintain an organized archive of current campaign assets and catalog revisions for easy reference
Requirements
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative/marketing support Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable using CRM and marketing platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to Work under pressure and maintain emotional detachment from work Able to separate work from personal feelings Reliable High Speed Internet Required
Preferred Skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Experience with print, paper stocks and/or equipment is a plus Familiarity with Franchises, e-commerce or B2C and B2B environments helpful Proficiency in Adobe helpful but not mandatory
