Overview
As a Test Publishing Quality Assurance (TPQA) Administrator, you’ll apply your proven skills of quality control to a wide range of materials.
You’ll support multiple projects simultaneously to meet client-driven deadlines in our collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities
Ensures accuracy of the content as it is handled throughout the materials production process - Performs various quality control checks, such as item accounting and item formatting
Performs various technical checks including cross-referencing documentation to the functionality and navigation of the computer-based exam and the results files
Maintains accurate, up-to-date work plans and tracking logs; provides status to management - Works collaboratively with associates to meet client-driven deadlines.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with proven quality control skills, and in addition:
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft systems/software (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF software, file management, and computer/internet-based navigation; ability to master new technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Experience with collaborative, team-based efforts
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating the efforts of others to meet shared goals - Bachelor's degree.
