Summary:
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support our fast-growing Influencer Marketing team. In this role, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing influencers, developing campaign creative briefs, and optimize content. The role reports to the Manager of Influencer Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop influencer creative briefs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content
Oversee weekly campaign metrics and reports
Present campaign results monthly to the leadership team including the CMO at Influencer Monthly Business Reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
Discover and identify influencers within a defined set of verticals
Negotiate and land terms with influencers
Onboard influencers
Oversee influencer installs in their verticals
Ensure influencers are paid in a timely manner
Ensure influencers have UTM and landing page on Vivint.com
Build strong cross-departmental relationships with Customer Account Management – Special Accounts, Scheduling, and FSPs to ensure a positive influencer experience
Be the primary Admin for CreatorIQ (CIQ), Vivint’s influencer management SaaS
Become the in-house CIQ expert
Required Skills:
Creative and innovative thinker, organized, detail-oriented, team player and solution-oriented
Be nimble, quick and agile
Foster a collaborative work environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills with a strategic and critical POV
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Comfortable working in a team environment
Strong knowledge across Mega, Macro, and Micro influencer climates
Have existing relationships with influencers

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
