We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. You will design a wide variety of materials across digital and offline media. To succeed, you should be a self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas, and attentive to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for various mediums.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva to create high-quality graphics.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and VSMM Managers to understand and realize project requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and technology.
- Ensure design consistency across projects.
- Create visually appealing, engaging designs that meet objectives.
- Prepare designs for digital, print, and multimedia formats.
- Review final products for quality and client specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Continuously improve design skills through research and experimentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements & Skills
- At least 1 year of industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc.
- Excellent visual and typographical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles.
- Knowledge of digital media formats and web design best practices.
- Familiarity with print production processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and stay current with industry trends.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any IT discipline or currently enrolled student. Skilled candidates will be considered regardless of educational background.

- Strong judgment skills.
- Experience with video editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus.

- Provisional/Training Period: 1-3 months
- Benefits: According to company policy
Note: During the provisional period, salary will be 50-70% of the full salary.
