- Interpret and work from AV system drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Identify and resolve on-site installation issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of installations and system updates.
- Work professionally in client environments, maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial AV installation or support roles.
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow and system components.
- Comfortable using test equipment and basic hand/power tools.
- Familiarity with commercial AV systems (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scope-of-work documents.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
- OSHA certification, CTS certification, or manufacturer-specific training is a plus.
