Tasks and time are strategically planned and managed effectively with a strong attention to detail.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Brand Builder: Partners with the Creative Director to develop brand expression in support of brand positioning. Proficient in leading concepting, graphic design development for campaigns and brand expression. Supports design execution to ensure the brand’s identity and values are carried out consistently across all channels.Strategic Thinker: Works closely with the Creative Director to develop 360-creative strategy to support business goals. Understands both marketing and creative needs to provide solutions that support brand initiatives. Drives integration of direction and design across all channels including, but not limited to print collateral, event materials, OOH, website, email, paid media, social and video.Self-Starter: Continues to drive and enhance the visual look, tone and feel of all work products. Stays well-informed on all existing brand standards, as well as industry and creative trends, and is well versed in industry and creative best practices.Creative Collaborator: Partners closely with internal teams to develop creative concepts for robust 360 customer experience. Works with the team to stay aligned on strategy and ensure creative vison is executed accurately, and finals are delivered on time and on brand. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively and productively with team members.Skilled Presenter: Produce sketches, mood boards and storyboards, including mockups and comps, to visualize ideas for project/campaign presentation. Confident and comfortable presenting thought process and project approach to necessary stakeholders; addressing feedback with solution-based creative thinking.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :Education:Bachelor’s degree in art direction, graphic design or related degree.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of prior and demonstrated creative experience.A strong portfolio of professional content that shows a range or experience of design concepts and execution.Excellent working knowledge of applied principles of graphic design, including color, composition and typography.Passionate about graphic design, photography, video, typography and social.Technical Skills:High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Experienced in creating videos, editing, illustrations and animation is a plus.SharePoint, web development and video experience a plusExcellent communication and comprehension skills, both written and verbal.Personal Skills:Strong creative thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills.Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to keep assets organized.Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.Ability to handle multiple projects with multiple stakeholders while prioritizing workload.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.Curious and willing to continuously experiment and persist to deliver work that is uniquely on brand.Builds cross functional partnerships with peers and proactively seeks constructive feedback.Infectiously positive with a can-do attitudeOther:Travel and some evening work required for trade shows and company events.The Signorelli Company is committed to an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all.
