What You'll Do
We're looking for someone who can work within brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to push creative boundaries. You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple projects, and is committed to delivering polished work on deadlines.
- Design engaging visual assets for print and digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials while finding creative ways to evolve within brand guidelines
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective visual solutions
- Create content for email, social media, website, menus, signage, events and other marketing materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design
- 2+ years' professional experience in agency, corporation or small business
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- A portfolio showcasing conceptual design, advertising, branding, and digital marketing work
- Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy with impeccable design skills
- Ability to create unique design elements and layouts that align with brand standards, strategic objectives and marketing briefs
- Strong typography skills
- Organized, timely, responsive and reliable
- Open to feedback with willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Firm understanding of print-production processes and related technologies
- Ability to execute multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines
- Strong grasp of design elements including composition, color, and current design trends
