Manager of Lifecycle Marketing
who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs to engage and retain couples throughout their journey with Zola.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2C marketer with a track record for building customer-focused, multi-channel campaigns proven to increase retention and LTV.
With an emphasis on our Vendor Marketplace business, they will lead the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns and be a strong advocate for Zola couples across their experience. As a seasoned marketer on the team, they will also be a resource and mentor for more junior team members.
This role is based in NYC, with 2 days a week in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and execute multiple customer marketing programs across email, push, sms and onsite channels that align with business goals and gaps in the customer journeyWork cross functionally with teams including creative, copy, business, product, data and engineering to solve problems and deliver personalized impactful campaignsDevelop and implement segmentation strategy, making decisions supported by data to ensure we're targeting the right users at the right timeBuild and manage the technical components of campaigns, including html production and dynamic logic, as well as working with partners on tech to request and QA custom eventsDrive testing strategy, crafting strong AB tests, analyzing data, sharing results and proposing next stepsDeep dive into specific business units within Zola (paper, registry, marketplace, core), monitoring existing lifecycle campaigns and combing through data to discover new opportunitiesShare learnings with marketing and the broader team through presentations and written commsManage third party partnerships; building relationships with Customer Success Managers, and packaging projects for third party contractorsHelp manage the monthly Lifecycle marketing calendar; select the timing of individual campaigns and look with a critical eye at the overarching monthly outreach for different cohortsOffer guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the team, helping them grow in their functions and become better retention marketersQUALIFICATIONS

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000.
