Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDescription:
We are seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join our team at TGTG, LLC. This role is essential for providing technical support and maintenance for audio-visual systems, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. Your expertise will contribute significantly to achieving our clients' business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio-visual technologies.
- Provide field service support for client installations and events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their audio-visual needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during installations and maintenance.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and low voltage wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with software troubleshooting related to AV systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Field service experience is preferred.
