Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and no experience.
OR
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Technical Writer (or related occupation) performing technical writing, teaching, or development of communication system or signal processing simulation software.
Special Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise programming in MATLAB and Simulink and performing model-based simulation to solve real-world problems in the signal processing, communication systems, artificial intelligence, and control systems domains.
- Demonstrated expertise developing software platforms for signal processing or communication systems using MATLAB.
- Demonstrated expertiseperforming engineering technical writing using graphics software and markup languageXML or LaTeX.
- Demonstrated expertise teaching, training, or tutoring in MATLAB in a university-level environment or in a customer-facing role.
