- Design and develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital campaigns, including social media, website content, and email marketing. (40-50%)
- Create visually engaging static and animated graphics for marketing collateral, print materials, and presentations. (10-15%)
- Conceptualize and execute video content such as market updates and brand storytelling. (5-10%)
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. (5-10%)
- Edit and enhance video footage, adding motion effects, typography, and transitions to improve storytelling. (5-10%)
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to integrate animations and graphics into real estate videos. (5-10%)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, animation techniques, and best practices to enhance the company's marketing strategy. (5-10%)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. (10-15%)
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in graphic design and animation, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related industry.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and static design work.
- Understanding of social media trends and how animated content can drive engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Additional Relevant Skills
- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling.
- Familiarity with HTML5 animations for web-based marketing.
