We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance marketing’s impact on brand awareness, lead conversion, and revenue growth. This role focuses on accelerating pipeline velocity, optimizing marketing workflows, and improving sales enablement effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital ads, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Pardot. Analyze performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Lead Management & Conversion: Optimize workflows to nurture and convert MQLs into SQLs, partnering with Sales to refine lead scoring and follow-up processes.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Align marketing efforts with Sales, ensuring materials effectively support the sales process. Provide insights to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
Performance Analytics & Process Improvement: Track conversion metrics, campaign effectiveness, and marketing-sourced revenue. Identify and implement efficiencies in marketing execution.
Qualifications:
3+ years in marketing operations, revenue marketing, or sales enablement.
Proven success in improving MQL-to-SQL conversion and optimizing marketing-driven revenue.
Experience managing campaigns in Salesforce, Pardot, and Monday.com.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive process improvements.
