Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Community Manager located in Killeen, TX. The Assistant Community Manager will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring optimal occupancy levels and a high standard of resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include leasing apartments, coordinating maintenance requests, managing tenant relations, processing rent payments, and supporting community events and activities. High priorities for this position will include renewals, delinquencies, and other tasks as delegated by the Community Manager. The role requires collaboration with various teams to achieve the company's operational and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and handle emergencies as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in multifamily housing is an advantage
