Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women's National Team legends-Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne-in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women's soccer as we know it. Beginning play in the 2024 season, we are building a squad that will play the beautiful game with power, passion, energy, and creativity.

Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting Bay FC's integrated brand and fan marketing plans by developing and executing marketing programming that helps meet business objectives and drives revenue. This position will report to the VP of Brand Marketing.
ResponsibilitiesProject manage creative and content requests for brand marketing teamDevelop strategic marketing promotional calendar and serve as cross-departmental liaisonSupport game day presentation ideation, planning and onsite executionLead brand integration with community, ticketing and partnerships teamsManage gameday talentBuild out full funnel, 360 marketing plans and promotional opportunities for Bay FCQualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred2-3 years in a brand marketing role or content marketing roleExperience with project management software strongly preferredExperience in a sports organization is preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsHighly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethicProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesThrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as neededUnderstanding of NWSL and/or Soccer preferred
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $75,000-$90,000 .
Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
