- Tracking and driving Execution of Deliverables Across communications & marketing department
- Leading, Developing, and Monitoring Brand & Voice of The Gathering Spot
- Approving all marketing assets and external deliverables
- Serving as a cross-departmental liaison to lead marketing initiatives that touch various other departments
- Leading a marketing team including Social Media and Communications Coordinators
Job Requirements
- Ability to balance multiple projects, deliverables and timelines simultaneously and effectively
- Ability to lead and manage a team of marketing creatives, closely tracking timelines and deliverables
- Ability to work well with a team and collaborate effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and with quick turnaround
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong understanding of data driven marketing decision making and analyzation
- Flexibility to be available when needed outside of typical work hours
- Design Experience (Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign) Preferred but not required
- Web Design Experience Preferred but not required
