RT& is looking for a Community Manager in San Juan to join our team. We are seeking for a bold and passionate professional, with a strong background in digital to lead us in our mission by leveraging their experience, skills, vision and unique perspectives. Responsibilities
The Community Manager will be responsible for advocating the brand on social networks by optimizing, scheduling and testing content that goes in alignment with the digital strategy and our clients marketing objectives. The ideal collaborator will be someone who lives and breathes digital.
The Day to Day
- Execute high quality content across for all relevant social and digital channels.
- Plan and schedule social media campaigns.
- Supervise the execution of scheduled posts.
- Improve digital content ideas and executions by working with the creative and strategy team on analyzing social data/ metrics, social listening and insights.
- Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations.
- Partner with creative team to coordinate the creation of interactive, animated or video content for social and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the account team to make sure deadlines and deliverables are based on scope of work agreed with client.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions and engage with the audience.
- Address customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers or key community figures.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative reports on content.
- Conduct a quarterly QA review of the brand.
- Oversee the end-to-end crisis management process.
- Provide digital coverage for client-hosted events.
What You'll Bring
- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns
- Providing engaging calendar and strategy for social media accounts
- Bilingual copywriting: English and Spanish.
- Able to analyze project requirements and provide accurate turnaround timelines
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Practice superior time management
- Knowledge about social paid media (is a plus)
Experience
- 2+ years of related industry experience (creative agency, digital marketing, or consulting)
- 2+ years successfully managing social media platforms and creating a valuable experience for their community members
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven knowledge in social media and all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Web, blogs, among others.
- Experience with Sprinkler and social media platforms (channels, publishing, and social listening)
