Position Overview: We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Community Manager to take the reins of our Carlsbad coworking space! If you’re an energetic professional with a passion for sales, operations, and leadership, this is your chance to shine and grow with us
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Manage the day-to-day operations, from accounting and technology to staffing. You’ll ensure our space runs smoothly and efficiently ️
- Maximize Occupancy: Keep our private offices buzzing and work your magic to expand our coworking, meeting space, and virtual office offerings
- Sales Superstar: Attract new members and keep our current ones happy. You’ll be the friendly face of Downtown Works in Carlsbad
- People Developer: Recruit, train, and retain top-notch staff. You’re a mentor, coach, and cheerleader all in one
- Financial Whiz: Help with budget prep, oversee monthly billing, and keep our finances on track
- Member Satisfaction Champion: Ensure every member feels supported and satisfied. Their success is your success
Skills Utilized in This Position:
- Sales Savvy: Strong sales, follow-up, and communication skills to drive membership and retention
- High-End Hospitality: Ability to provide elevated, five-star service that makes our
- Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional customer service and sales abilities, making every interaction count
- Tech Proficiency: Comfort with technology, including CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.), Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and quick to learn new systems and software
- Multitasking Maestro: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, organize workflow, and produce detailed, thorough work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines ️
- Go-Getter Attitude: Highly motivated and driven to succeed ️

- Experience: 2-4 years in sales, hospitality, customer service, or business operations
