We have helped over 7,000 entrepreneurs with our events and have 700+ testimonials to back up our claims of being the top startup event producer. Founders of billion dollar companies have spoke at our events and we like to have a great time putting these on for the public but also host top notch private events.But now as a startup ourselves... we are growing fast (180% YoY)! We are looking for help in certain areas to help build the rocket ship and get in on the ground floor...exciting!!The ideal candidate will be responsible leading all marketing efforts for Kamp. This does include social media management with a strong content creation background, digital marketing with monitoring/creating campaigns, forming and maintaining promotional partnerships. Your main goal is to drive awareness to our events, ticket and sponsorship sales (with inbound and outbound marketing tactics).ResponsibilitiesSell out all of our events with ticket sales and getting butts in seatsManage our social media channels with daily stories/postings/engagementCreating meaningful content via Canva to be used weeklyManaging and creating our current/future promo partnershipsRunning our digital ads (FB, Insta, google ads)Securing founders for "Founder Friday's" takeover on our InstagramManage our biweekly blogs and newsletters (Beehiv)Create marketing funnels for our ICP when visiting the website pagesMaking sure all events are sold outMusts7 years experience with managing a business instagram and/or twitter account with 10,000 (real) followers - you must have deep experience being a content creator and be willing to proove5 years experience with running digital ads with proof of at least 30% growth YoY for their following and/or revenue4 years experience with driving ticket sales 30% YoY3 years experience with designing on Canva or Adobe PhotoshopGreat communication (verbal and written) skillsMust be a go getter and self starter since Kamp is a very small startup teamMust know how to use Slack, Pipedrive, Beehiv (newsletters), X, InstagramDeep understanding of startup/vc/biz vocabulary to write blog posts and contentMust be comfortable working with a super small team & be able to be a self starterHours15-20 hours per week (2 days in office around downtown Fort Lauderdale M&F from 12-5pm the rest is remote).NOTE: Having another full time job is fine. This is a part time job but hopefully we can move you to full time in 2025 with a real competitive salary.
