Your role will focus on enhancing Operational Efficiency and Growth through AI-driven solutions (AI/ML, Gen AI, Agentic, etc.), from Process Consulting to designing a strategic roadmap for the next 1-2 years. Responsibilities:
Engage with C-level executives, collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, and recommend process improvements aligned with business goals. Deliver user-centric solutions by integrating design thinking principles with AI and analytics. Conduct empathy sessions, gather insights via interviews and research, assess processes, perform value mapping, identify customer pain points, and translate findings into strategic decisions. Requirements:
Graduate in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent master's degree. 15+ years of professional experience in AI and/or Analytics. Robust experience in the Insurance industry and leading large insurance programs. Expertise in design thinking with AI, Analytics, and user-centric solutions. Experience conducting sessions with business teams and analyzing data for actionable insights. Proven ability to engage with C-level audiences and collaborate with stakeholders. Strong client, project, and team management skills, with the ability to work with global teams. Benefits:
