About the Role
Titan America is seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across its key product categories. This role is instrumental in shaping market strategy, expanding brand awareness, and aligning marketing efforts with evolving customer needs and industry trends. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the construction and building materials industry, along with a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable plans that drive revenue and long-term market positioning.
The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is based out of the Corporate Center located in Deerfield Beach.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Leadership
Serve as a strategic marketing partner to sales and executive leadership, contributing to the overall commercial strategy of Titan America.
Lead the development of long-range marketing strategies that align with Titan America’s business goals, sustainability initiatives, and regional market dynamics.
Identify and prioritize market segments, geographies, and customer groups for focused growth initiatives, based on data, trends, and competitive positioning.
Develop annual marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation to support business objectives and new product introductions.
Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with operational capabilities and sales execution plans.
Direct the company’s market intelligence program by gathering and synthesizing insights on industry trends, customer behavior, competitive threats, and regulatory developments.
Build and manage tools and dashboards that help business leaders track market share, pricing dynamics, and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular competitive landscape assessments and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Act as the internal subject matter expert on market drivers impacting construction, infrastructure investment, sustainability regulations, and materials innovation.
Brand and Product Positioning
Lead the evolution of Titan America’s brand strategy to ensure it reflects the company’s market leadership, innovation, and sustainability values.
Establish clear brand architecture across product lines (cement, aggregates, ready-mix, fly ash), ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences such as contractors, engineers, DOTs, developers, and architects.
Create compelling value propositions and positioning statements for each product line that highlight performance, durability, environmental benefits, and lifecycle cost advantages.
Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop branded content, visual identity assets, and marketing collateral that reflect Titan America’s premium and purpose-driven market presence.
Ensure all customer-facing materials reinforce Titan’s reputation for technical excellence, customer service, and environmental leadership.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns—digital, print, events, and media—that support lead generation, thought leadership, and product education.
Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities, seasonality, customer journeys, and regional opportunities.
Track campaign effectiveness and optimize performance using data and analytics.
Digital Marketing & Communications
Manage the company’s digital marketing ecosystem including SEO/SEM, website content, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Drive digital engagement and content strategy that educates customers and promotes Titan’s role as a trusted advisor in construction solutions.
Collaborate with corporate communications to amplify Titan’s sustainability milestones, innovation projects, and community impact stories.
Event & Trade Show Management
Lead planning and execution of trade shows, industry conferences, and customer-facing events.
Ensure strong brand presence and meaningful engagement at key events through high-impact messaging, booth design, and sales support materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role within the building materials, construction, or industrial B2B(2C) sectors
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic market planning and positioning initiatives
Strong experience managing competitive intelligence and market analytics programs
Proven success in launching and promoting industrial products to technical and commercial audiences
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Power BI, and digital CMS tools
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with trends in infrastructure investment, sustainable construction, and decarbonization
Experience marketing to public and private sector clients across commercial, residential, and civil markets
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels and drive measurable outcomes
High level of initiative, business curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset
