The Role: We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who thinks like a go-to-market engineer and builds like a developer to lead our HubSpot ecosystem and drive marketing performance through AI, smart tech, automation, and analytics. This isn't just about managing HubSpot—you'll be our automation pioneer, using AI tools to create systems that were impossible just months ago. You’ll architect the marketing stack end-to-end and build the data infrastructure that powers our AI-first observability platform. Key Responsibilities: Hubspot & AI Automation
Own all HubSpot operations: workflows, lead scoring, nurture, campaign tracking Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools like GPT integrations, automation platforms (Moveworks, String.com), and intelligent workflow builders Design adaptive, real-time automations based on user behavior Optimize lead handoff and sync between HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Tech Stack
Manage and evolve the full stack: Salesforce, Clearbit, Segment, attribution, etc. Implement AI-powered tools to automate, personalize, and accelerate execution Build infrastructure for fast GTM launches, campaigns, and optimization loops Data & Attribution
Optimize scalable lead routing and lifecycle processes Define and maintain multi-touch attribution models Build dashboards combining leading and predictive metrics Analyze data to drive funnel efficiency, CAC reduction, and ROI growth Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with Product, Sales, and RevOps on data, GTM workflows, and campaign planning Ensure unified reporting and share KPIs across systems Qualifications
5+ years in Marketing Ops (B2B SaaS / developer tooling preferred) Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce (Marketo a plus) with lead level, contact level, custom objects, automation rules, and reporting Experience with AI automation platforms (Clay, Zapier, Moveworks,
String.com , etc) Proven track record in tech stack optimization, automation, form optimization, conversion tracking and data hygiene Analytical mindset with experience in dashboarding and tracking Experienced with designing scalable architectures supporting rapid growth and complex GTM motions Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving teams SQL skills, automation and BI tools, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights Webhooks, custom integrations, and marketing tool orchestration Why You'll Love Working at Logz.io
