Bel Brands USA, a leader in the global branded cheese sector, is seeking a Trade Promotion Management System Senior Finance Analyst. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing trade promotion activities through analytical, financial, and strategic perspectives in support of our notable brands such as Babybel, Boursin, and The Laughing Cow. The position involves close interaction with the marketing and sales departments to ensure optimal use of trade promotion funds and a clear understanding of market and consumer trends impacting the industry. Analyze trade promotion strategies and monitor ROI and effectiveness of different trade activities. Work with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing to develop and optimize trade promotion policies. Prepare detailed reports and forecasts on promotions and suggest adjustments in strategies based on analysis. Ensure compliance with internal controls and participate in the budgeting and planning process. Utilize TPM software to accurately track promotions and spending, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Support financial month-end and year-end close process as it relates to trade promotions. Develop training and resources for sales and accounting teams to understand and better utilize TPM systems. Proficiency in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) tools and systems. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry practices, with a focus on dairy or perishable goods markets is a bonus.
