UI/UX Designer (Web)
6-month assignment
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Rate: $35-40/hour
Our Fortune 500 computer hardware client is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer (Web) with a passion for cutting-edge design and a strong understanding of user experience. If you have a keen eye for visual storytelling, expertise in web design, and a collaborative mindset, this is your opportunity to shape and enhance the user experience across a vast digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities: Design key art, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Expand and document design patterns within the design system.
Communicate design flows, animations, and interactions to engineering teams.
Work with UX researchers to test and refine designs.
Ensure digital assets align with brand identity.
Develop and maintain design documentation.
Present designs to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Strong UI/UX design portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Expertise in typography, layout, and composition.
Experience designing for responsive web environments.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Material Design and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with JIRA for project management.
AI design tool experience is a plus.
