Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr A corporate marketing agency is growing its social media team and hiring a Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple real estate and community-focused accounts. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role ideal for someone experienced, strategic, and confident managing both content and clients. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. No exceptions. Type: Full Time, Direct Hire Pay: $70K–$85K (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, On-site What You’ll Do: Shoot, design, and edit content optimized for social platforms Own social strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more Manage a high volume of client accounts and tailor content to brand tone/KPIs Use tools like Sprout Social to schedule and publish content Oversee community management, engagement, and performance analysis Collaborate across creative, copy, and accounts teams Lead and mentor junior social team members What We’re Looking For: 4–7 years of social media experience (agency/multi-client preferred) Proven success managing multiple brands and platforms Strong communication, copywriting, and client-facing skills Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Proficient with tools like Sprout, Meta Suite, etc. Leadership or mentorship experience a plus Real estate/homebuilding experience is a bonus Apply with your resume + portfolio ( Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.)
