As a
Regional Marketing Manager,
you'll provide assistance to the Regional Manager, Profit Center Managers, and Sales Managers within the region with community strategic positioning, competitive analysis, and execution of all community positioning, model opening, community events, and website related functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist the profit center managers in ongoing product and pricing positioning of each community, along with understanding the impact of those changes to adjacent communities.Oversee the region's web based sales and advertising programs with the corporate NVR Sales and Marketing team and the Regional Marketing Specialist.Work with the division to select the model hometype and provide the target buyer demographics to the designer.Implement corporate-designed Sales and Marketing programs and processes as relating to online, web based marketingQualifications
1-2 years of demonstrated previous sales or marketing experienceExperience with Google Analytics and similar toolsExcellent leadership, analytical, and teamwork skillsStrong problem solving and communication skills; able to multi-task and to work independently and proactivelyLife at NVR
