Job Description:
The Digital Creative Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all internal visual content. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a knack for storytelling through digital media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visuals across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics for various digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.Brand Development: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.Content Creation: Develop and produce multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive graphics.Website Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating website visuals to ensure a fresh and engaging user experience.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Digital Operations Manager and other internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated visual communications.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or a similar role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and other design software. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and problem-solving skills.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with motion graphics and video editing.Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
