Location: Miami, FloridaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 49 per hourWe are seeking a UX Designer to join our Digital design team where we are iteratively designing and developing best in class experiences for our customers for web, app and other digital media.Responsibilities:Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.Generate multiple credible design solutions based on analysis.Exhibit mastery of shared tools and software for design.Identify appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommend solutions.Participate in divergent and convergent group work.Work independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problems.Explore, refine, and document solutions thoroughly.Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypes.Qualifications:Seven or more years of relevant work experience.Knowledge of high fidelity prototyping and testing experiences.Experience with user centric design overall.Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.Expertise with Figma.A degree in design or related field of study.Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.Skills:A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc.).Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.Portfolio of largely professional work.Contributed to one or more design programs or shipped products.Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.Experience with JIRA.Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.Education/Certifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field of study.JOBID: 1084875 #LI-CELLA#LI-MM3#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
