Position Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and self-driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced and collaborative marketing team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives with autonomy and takes full ownership of projects, from concept to execution. You’ll play a key role in producing high-impact visual content that enhances brand identity and drives engagement across a variety of platforms.
The ideal candidate is confident in their creative vision, executes quickly without sacrificing quality, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders while having the freedom to make independent design decisions and push creative boundaries. This role may include travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects across digital and print platforms, transforming strategic ideas into compelling visuals that connect with audiences.
- Work quickly and efficiently, producing high-quality designs with minimal revisions needed.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, copywriters, and fellow designers to maintain a cohesive brand presence while pushing creative boundaries.
- Develop innovative B2B and B2C marketing materials for financial advisors and their clients, bringing fresh ideas to every campaign.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and adapting quickly to shifting needs and deadlines.
- Maintain brand standards while continuously elevating the visual impact of our marketing materials.
- Proactively identify new design trends and creative approaches to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Industry Experience
- 7+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, original work across both digital and print media
- Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required—more important is your ability to adapt quickly and learn on the fly
- High school diploma or GED required, higher education and certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- A thoughtful balance of creativity and strategic thinking, producing designs that are both engaging and results-driven
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other modern design tools
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.
- Routine use of telephone and email.
- Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
