- Expert in technical writing, modeling process flows, data relationship flows and event sequencing. Able to understand the logic of code and to construct complex data queries •Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role, you'll: •Write easy-to-read instructions for end users for the complete set of Access products and services. •Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style. •Follow the firm's content guidelines and contribute improvements to them. •Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners and other key stakeholders. •Contribute strategies for improving the help content program. You should have a good understanding of: •Instructional content editing/writing •User experience writing •Content strategy •Video scripting •Application of brand book and style book guidelines •AP Stylebook •End-user instructions •Content management systems and other publishing/help platforms •B2B financial services content
- Your experience should include: •Seven or more years of experience as an instructional content creator •A portfolio of instructional content examples that demonstrate clarity of style and voice •Ability to quickly learn banking concepts and understand how products work •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset •Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams •Experience developing content using the WalkMe platform is a plus
