We are looking for a UX/UI Designer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, Wellness and Fitness Services based in Los Angeles, California.

Our client’s mission is to help members unlock total well-being with the tools and motivation to fuel their movement, mind and meals thanks to limitless workouts, recipes, meditation and advice.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and improve the user experience across mobile and web platforms, with a focus on usability, clarity, and consistency.
- Design for a wellness product used by a global audience, balancing function, brand expression, and accessibility.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering teams to translate business and user needs into intuitive flows and polished interfaces.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the design system and visual language as the product scales across platforms.
- Lead UX discovery efforts, including wire-framing, user flows, and prototyping to validate ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate on the transition from native platforms to a shared React Native experience, ensuring design coherence across devices.
Requirements
- Advanced Level of English
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer at a high-tech, product-driven company.
- Strong experience delivering successful customer-oriented and complex yet elegant solutions in a fast-moving environment.
- Mobile and Web application design experience.
- Strong experience working with Figma, Storybook and Jira prototyping and high-fidelity design.
- Experience in driving a user-centered design process and working collaboratively to ship end-to-end features at scale.
- Comfortable designing within constraints and iterating based on real user feedback and performance data.
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and beautiful execution across platforms.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Experience designing for React Native or working closely with React Native teams.
- Background in wellness, fitness, or other high-engagement consumer apps.
- Experience rebuilding or modernizing products during platform migrations or redesign efforts.
- Motion design or animation skills using tools like Lottie or After Effects.
