Cadillac’s upcoming CELESTIQ is set to wow the world, showcase the brand and its capabilities, and offer a highly exclusive experience for the global ultra-lux market. In addition to defining the go-to-market strategy for CELESTIQ, this role is the central point to identify and bring together all the processes, materials, and resources necessary to launch and support the CELESTIQ in global markets. You will function as an integral leader on the global Cadillac team to drive integration across all sales, marketing, and aftersales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Cadillac House, Design, Engineering, and Program Management team to bring each unique vehicle to realization. Cadillac CELESTIQ Product Marketing Manager
will focus on strategies and initiatives aimed at ensuring customer experiences live up to the Cadillac brand promise and the exceptional attributes of the vehicles themselves. This position will heavily rely on a deep passion for the customer journey, a consumer-first mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing channels to support the implementation of strategies and executions that effectively reach across many different mediums.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the annual marketing plan and manage budget.Lead programs to elevate the Cadillac brand presence among Ultra Lux Customers.Lead and enable all the workstreams necessary as part of the solution-set to sell, distribute, and support CELESTIQ vehicles from the US.Lead the mapping of key internal processes that best leverage US-based infrastructure and resources, identifying any gaps that need to be solved to successfully serve international markets.Identify and lead innovative strategies to elevate the Cadillac customer experience, to achieve brand goals.Define and establish CELESTIQ International GTM taskforce, coordinate resources, provide project briefs, and establish timelines.Develop a detailed GTM project plan to monitor and track progress.Provide direction on creative content including key messages and target customer within CELESTIQ vehicle positioning.Lay out existing CELESTIQ customer journey map for markets and identify and fill missing gaps.Lead teams in the development of launch initiatives and resolve unique issues for each market.Manage cross-functional teams to establish timelines and ensure on-time delivery of projects.Work with US team, Corporate CX, and GMIT to develop internal partnership opportunities for CELESTIQ tools for markets (vehicle app, Visualizer, Care Center, etc.).Develop customer ordering and delivery process, including unique process for customized orders, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Logistics, and Finance, etc.Develop communication strategy for CELESTIQ customers while they wait for their vehicle to be scheduled and built, including developing any surprise and delight opportunities.Foster strong agency relations and hold weekly status meetings with key agency partners and internal stakeholders.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required.MBA preferred.7+ years of marketing, brand, or media experience.Experience managing cross-functional teams.Ability to define new processes and innovative ways to deliver an unmatched customer experience.Proven working experience in project management.High level of organizational skills with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving and to react effectively to change.Ability to communicate strategy and plans effectively.Ability to write a compelling communications brief, drive clear direction, and provide strategic & creative feedback to agency partners.Work cross-functionally and across countries and time zones to stay in regular contact with multiple groups.Ability to lead program implementation by collaborating with stakeholders, making the right compromises, and addressing obstacles.Must collaborate well across a variety of groups and cultures.Ability to work independently.Excellent communicator and ability to present to senior leadership.An ability to deal with ambiguity and bring structure to problem-solving.Regular travel, including some weekends.
