Job Description
Our AE supports Supervisors and Directors in achieving operational discipline, delivery excellence, and speed to market for clients. They should be a capable advertising professional able to handle various tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment. Additionally, they work with Account Management leaders to apply knowledge about clients' competitive landscape. They are trusted to build relationships across the agency's vast resources and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day project contact with clients, creative teams, and other agency partners.
- Working integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing great work.
- Basic analyses and presentation of competitive landscapes and agency work to clients and agency team members.
- Ability to fairly and appropriately communicate between Client and Agency.
- Supervise the preparation of client budgets and provide clear and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Strategists, assisting in writing briefs, evaluating work, and providing feedback for revisions, as needed.
- Serve as "mission control" while working collaboratively with all members of the integrated team (Strategy, Creative, Production).
- Ability to author concise and actionable meeting reports, critical in providing directions to internal teams and ensuring accountability.
- Assistance with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting.
- Basic understanding of all production processes (TVC broadcast, radio, social, digital, print).
- Basic understanding of clients' Scope Of Work requirements.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment and have strong communication skills.
- Able to effectively lead internal meetings.
- Can anticipate and know when to escalate a problem.
- Take clear, accurate, and complete notes and minutes from key meetings.
- 2+ years of advertising agency experience managing and delivering standout creative
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual English & Spanish a must (speaking & writting).
Additional Information
Salary: $70,000- $80,000
