We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist (Contract) to join our team and support strategic digital marketing initiatives for one of our key clients. This role will focus on mapping and optimizing customer journeys, developing cross-channel content strategies, and driving targeted lifecycle programs-especially email nurture and CRM flows-to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a unified content and channel roadmap aligned with business goals and campaign KPIs.Map and optimize user journeys across the marketing funnel-identify friction points, content gaps, and personalization opportunities.Plan and execute multi-step nurture programs and retargeting flows that improve engagement and accelerate conversions.Leverage customer research, buyer personas, and segmentation to guide content offers and channel strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define messaging hierarchies and support campaign briefs.Monitor lifecycle performance metrics; track KPIs, conversion rates, and channel attribution insights using dashboards and reports.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement through A/B testing and optimization of email and CRM programs.
