As a Design Solutions Support Lead, you will assist the team in delivering high-quality design solutions that drive sales success. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, adherence to established design systems, and a strong focus on testing and validating designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek input from key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Follow established design systems and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders using diagrams, models, and layouts.
- Validate and test design solutions as needed to ensure functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with the design team to evolve and refine the design system.
- Refine and maintain the group’s guides, processes, toolkits, and libraries.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in design-related fields (or equivalent experience).
- A portfolio of related work showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with design systems and industry best practices.
- Solid foundation in layout and design patterns.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high design standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in visual communications, interaction design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.
