Job Description The Performance BU strategizes and provides digital activation services for global advertisers in over 57+ markets around the world with the aim to deliver the optimal outcome. Our Performance Centre of Excellence drives performance solutions across several channels including social, search, programmatic, commerce and affiliates. We have 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams from Google, Meta, TradeDesk and Amazon to deliver innovative solutions that help deliver business results to our clients. The Role: The purpose of this role is to lead the growth efforts for our rapidly growing performance media product portfolio. This individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing the efforts to acquire new clients and grow revenue which includes identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and pitching our services. The VP of Growth works closely with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, product development, Groupe practice and agency leads as well as Groupe new business to develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth, deliver RFP responses as well as track and report on key metrics to measure the success of these efforts. The goal of the VP of Growth is to build and deliver global pitches that demonstrate our expertise and differentiate us from our competitors, in order to win new business and drive revenue growth for the company. Key Accountability: Driving revenue growth and pitch conversion: The ultimate goal of the growth team and its leader is driving the revenue growth through the driving organic growth, acquiring new business and delivering high-quality performance stories to the clients. Managing pitch activities: Responsible for seamlessly directing and owning the RFI/RFP pitch process from receipt of request through final submission/presentations. Growth Team Management: Responsible for leading and managing a team of technical performance strategists, and ensuring that they are equipped with the resources and support they need to be successful. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, Groupe practice, Groupe new business and agency leads to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, deliver cross-capability RFP responses as well as track and report on key metrics to measure the success of these efforts. Aligning Global offering to local scenarios: Working with product and strategy leads to build a clear understanding about how our different performance media offerings can be applied in local markets and what are the alternatives when applicable and reflect that in pitch stories. Developing strong internal and prospect relationships: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners and sister agencies; assisting in sales and logistical support in addition to prospecting and proactive outreach. Overseeing growth operations: Including pipeline management, key metric tracking, commercial repository, templatization, resource centralization and democratization. Key OKRs: Accountable for achieving annual growth revenue objectives. Accountable for increasing the number of new clients both functional and cross-functional. Accountable for timely delivery and accuracy of RFI/RFP responses. Improving the performance of growth team by monitoring key metrics such as the number of successful pitches, the conversion rate of leads to clients, and the satisfaction of team members with their role and responsibilities. Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience working within or around the performance media ecosystem with a proven track record of business conversion and driving growth. Strong understanding of the performance media industry, pipeline management and client acquisition, this role will require high technical proficiency. Strategic thinker, can create a storyline that compels the prospect to work with the agency brand in question. Can work independently and in concert with Product Marketing, Product Development as well as agency brand new business teams to divide and conquer maximum/peak BD activities and pursuits. Extreme time management & organization, can manage multiple complex activities at once. Can thrive during peak periods of deadline-oriented activity with professionalism and composure. Preferred Qualifications
Expansive Network of industry leaders and top tier client stakeholders in key global markets to drive lead generation. Certifications with leading platforms Meta, Google, TikTok etc. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience working with globally distributed cross-functional teams. Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: $143,000-$240,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
