Overview
Creative Direction:With Creative Director (direct report) set Brand Creative vision for all markets globally and lead the development of on brand creative campaigns and assets (photo and video) for all channels, including digital.Includes NPD campaigns, inline support and social content.Oversees all asset and content creation across print, digital/social, in store and brand support elements (collateral, events, etc.).
Brand Awareness and Visual Direction:Responsible for overarching brand ethos & direction.Lead brand awareness strategy through various touchpoints: advertising, PR/communications, influencers, partnerships and building a strong in-salon/store presence with visual merchandising.
Commercial and Sales:Facilitate overall brand synergies and optimize initiatives across Oribe's omni-channel footprint.Drive meaningful growth and expansion of the Oribe business, particularly the EMEA market.Partner with regions to understand commercial needs and provide support by helping to optimize consumer experience, thoughtful expansion and growth via Salon and Retail/Ecommerce.Drive overarching business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and building brand equity globally with our salon and retail partners.
Product Portfolio Management:Partner with Product Creation team on calendar development, NPD, add/delete process, and sharing and alignment with regional teams through formal and informal processes.Lead global exchange calls to align on strategy and tactics.Identify trends and new product and growth opportunities.Interpret and analyze data to support global and commercial decisions.
Leadership and Team Development:Manage, coach, inspire and develop team, as well as provide informal coaching to individuals outside of team.
What you will need:15+ years in beauty and/or fashion industry, or other related industry.Luxury experience a must.Experience in both large global corporate and entrepreneurial companies preferred.Proven experience in scaling and leading global brand strategy and expanding into new marketsCharismatic and approachable leader with experience leading a multi-functional team, inspiring and empowering a performance driven culture.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong public speaking and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with ability to define tactics.Results driven.Beauty and artistically minded.Ability to lead a omni channel organization and drive tactics to scale the business for international growth.Digitally savvy, growth oriented with strong financial acumen and P&L / Budget responsibility.
