If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full funnel marketing efforts across all marketing channels for Edge, City Climb, and Vessel, including paid media, website, and CRM. Leverage data, research, and insights to develop marketing plans to drive sustained and long-term brand strength, prioritization of resources, and delivery of KPIs over time. Assess optional media mix by business goals and target audience.Deliver a world-class demand generation function that achieves predictable growth across the business, including social, programmatic, search, CRM, retargeting, etc.Oversee all aspects of paid media campaigns, including annual integrated strategy, flighting, channel planning, partner selection, execution, and analytics.Own brand positioning, activation, and execution through creative, copy, and on-site activations.Manage relationships with media and creative agencies to ensure high-quality output and resource management. Continuously identify and test emerging opportunities across existing and new channels.Direct digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO and email campaigns, to maximize online presence and engagement.Leverage segmentation in omni-channel digital and CRM marketing initiatives.Define baseline and advanced KPIs across the funnel and set goals for success against all measures. Analyze marketing and ecommerce performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results and ROI.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of resources.Create and support weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and presentations to report effectiveness of marketing initiatives to share with corporate and ownership teams.Work closely with PR and social media teams to grow cohesive and effective brand awareness by amplifying partnerships and PR within our owned and paid channels.Collaborate with sales, customer experience, and revenue operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Evaluate and activate grassroots marketing efforts and partnerships for awareness and sales.Manage a team of three marketing professionals to execute across all responsibilities.Compensation:$150,000 - $170,000 / yearAnnual performance based bonusQualifications
Minimum 7+ years of commercial visitor attraction or leisure related, ticketed/booking sales experience or other D2C eCommerce experience.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high performing teams.Experience managing external agencies to develop marketing campaigns that deliver against brand and direct response objectives.Experience in digital marketing (website, search, ECRM, display, and social) to generate sales.Experience developing media strategies and the corresponding analytics to determine optimal spend.Proven experience of budget management and performance against target and budget.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
