Vegan Treats, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is looking for a Customer Service & Communications Specialist who’s ready to do a little bit of everything to help us create memorable experiences for our customers.
In this role, you’ll be the voice of Vegan Treats—connecting with customers, guiding wedding cake consultations, managing e-commerce orders, and making sure every customer interaction is handled with care. You’ll also assist with occasional shipping, packaging, and jumping in wherever needed to support the team—including helping with VegFests and special events a few times a year.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer phone calls and emails warmly and professionally, providing thoughtful, detailed responses
Take detailed cake orders, capturing every flavor, design, and special request accurately
Assist with wedding cake orders, guiding couples through the process
Manage e-commerce orders—process purchases, coordinate shipments, and update customers
Provide clear, friendly communication about our products, services, and policies
Collaborate with our retail and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Assist with shipping, packaging, and general small business tasks as needed
Help support VegFests and occasional events alongside our retail manager
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re thoughtful, clear, and approachable
A customer-focused mindset with a warm, professional attitude
Experience in customer service, order-taking, or hospitality (bonus if it’s in a bakery or creative setting)
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time well in a busy environment
Comfortable taking detailed cake and wedding orders, ensuring nothing gets missed
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
A flexible, collaborative mindset ready to assist wherever needed
Problem-solving skills—you know how to turn a challenge into a positive customer experience
Location: On-site at Vegan Treats in Bethlehem, PA
