Solution Architect – ITSM/HRSD/CSM/Creator

Location: Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA; Remote

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our fast-growing Elite Global ServiceNow Practice. The resource will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment. The Solution Architect advises clients, prospective clients, technical leads, and technical consultants on product capabilities and platform features to provide business value.

Responsibilities include:

• Architecting Solution Design for ITSM/HRSD/CSM/Creator Product Suites
• Leading workshops to review and size business/technical user stories
• Promoting best practices across products and platform
• Interfacing with ServiceNow technical teams as needed
• Guiding project teams and stakeholders on implementation best practices
• Preparing all client-facing and internal technology-related deliverables
• Driving continuous improvement of our methodologies and offerings
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow solutions delivery
• Championing emerging features like NOW Experience, UI Builder, and Now Assist
• Designing solutions addressing requirements through technical architecture
• Ensuring high-quality, timely, and valuable technical deliverables
• Achieving practice and individual KPIs and metrics

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in consulting
• 8+ years of technical experience in roles such as developer or architect
• Experience with Java, .NET, C++, and various technical stacks
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular.JS, JQuery, React, NodeJS, NPM
• Experience with web services standards (SOAP, REST, XML)
• Knowledge of web APIs, data integrations, relational databases
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS/LESS
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-CSM

Base Pay Range: $95-$110/hour

All compensation depends on qualifications, experience, location, and market factors.
