Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the firm's services and increase brand visibility
- Oversee all aspects of marketing including digital marketing, advertising, data analytics, strategy, and marketing automation
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Manage the marketing budget effectively by monitoring digital marketing performance and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Social Media Marketing:
Supervise the Social Media Manager in managing the firm's social media presenceDevelop strategies to increase engagement and grow the firm's social media followingOversee content creation and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platformsReferral Networking:
Guide the Referral Networking Associate in building and maintaining relationships with referral sourcesDevelop strategies to increase referrals and track the effectiveness of referral programs
Community Outreach:
Plan and execute community outreach initiatives to enhance the firm's local presenceIdentify and foster partnerships with community organizations and events
Event Planning:
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of firm-hosted events, webinars, and seminarsEnsure events align with the firm's marketing goals and enhance client engagement
Budgeting:
Develop and manage the marketing budgetMonitor spending and ensure marketing activities are within budget
Tracking KPIs:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing effortsRegularly analyze and report on marketing performanceUse data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a VP, Director-level or Senior Managerial role
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, social media management, event planning, and vendor relations/management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms)
- Experience in legal marketing desired
