Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Banker at TENCU in Nashville, TN. The Video Banker will assist members with various banking transactions through video calls, provide financial advice, and promote TENCU's products and services.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service
- Perform work in a video banking environment with the aid of various computer programs
- Provide front-line member support through multiple service requests or inquiries
- Establish new accounts, including maintenance of products and ancillary services
- Process consumer loan applications
- Effectively cross-sell credit union products and services
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and banking
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with consumer loans and new accounts preferred
