Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and innovative videographer to join our marketing team and drive the creation of high-quality video content. This role will be responsible for producing engaging videos that showcase our products, customer success stories, thought leadership, and brand identity. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
About the role
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including product demos, customer testimonials, webinars, event highlights, social media clips, as well as b-roll footage.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create compelling video narratives that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute video strategies that align with business goals and key marketing campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio, cinematography, and post-production editing.
- Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency, high production quality, and clear messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with video trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance content creativity and impact.
- Organize and maintain video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility.
- Occasionally travel for customer interviews and events (up to 30% of time during peak)
- 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, preferably in the B2B or tech industry.
- Fast and proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio techniques.
- Ability to create engaging video content optimized for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- A self-starter with a creative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, DevOps, or software development is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
