designer
with 3-5 years of experience. The designer will work directly with senior staff and colleagues on a wide variety of project types and all phases of project delivery. Successful candidates will have strong portfolios, excellent verbal and graphic communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members, an interest in high performance building design, and an enthusiasm for learning. Responsibilities include: Support Project Managers in the architectural design of new buildings, remodels, master plans, conditions assessments, and adaptive reuse projects. Contribute to the general preparation of design and construction deliverables from programming and design presentations through construction administration. Prepare project designs and plans using REVIT and Rhino 3D modeling. Prepare client presentation materials including precedent research, diagrams, renderings, drawings, etc. Work with external consultants, product representatives, and builders. Assist in the documentation of meetings and client decisions. Participate as a collaborative team member working with senior staff. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited school 3-5 years of experience Actively pursuing or planning to pursue architectural licensure Revit experience required, proficiency preferred Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Candidates should be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and be prepared to travel to the office or job sites as required. Non-Exempt, Full Time, Travel may be required, Overtime may be required.
